Below you will find a some guidelines and policies when staying at Genesis Ranch.
Please contact us with any questions you may have that aren’t answered below.

We are a smoke-free facility.

Dietary Restrictions:Please be aware that we are limited on the type of dietary restrictions that we can accommodate. Before booking your stay, please speak with the innkeeper regarding your dietary needs and verify that we can accommodate you.

Age Requirement:

Due to the nature of our ministry center, all guests must be over the age of 21.

Check In/Check Out:

Check in starts at 2pm. Please call or text (865) 337-3396 if you are going to arrive after 6pm.

Since the ranch is also a private residence, we request the courtesy of a late arrival notification so we can plan our schedule accordingly. Thank you!

Check- out time is 11am so rooms can be prepared for incoming guests.

Smoking:

We are a smoke-free facility.

Pets:

We do not allow pets of any sort at our facility.

Cancellations:

We request that if your stay must be cancelled, you do so within 3 days or less of your arrival date so we can re-book the guest room.

Lost & Found Items:

We are unable to be responsible for items left at Genesis Ranch.

We will hold items for a period of time for pick up, or owners may send a prepaid envelope/package to have item(s) sent back to them.
